I am 7th year Physics PhD student studying collective motion in biological systems. I am interesting in becoming faculty in physics and really enjoy teaching and making physics accessible to all. I also have two cats Fermi and Millie with my physics significant other, Michael. In my seconds of free time, I attempt to do Dungeons and Dragons, video games, or cosplay.

Naiki Kaffezakis

Professional Development Chair

 I am a 1st year graduate student, studying nuclear engineering. I work on new nuclear reactor concepts with a goal of increased sustainability.  I am a gender queer trans femme and have lived in the Atlanta area my entire. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with Food Not Bombs, an organization dedicated to promoting food security as a human right.
